Appointments – To ensure that you receive adequate service, it is highly recommended to schedule and appointment in advance. We proudly accept Visa, or a valid Mastercard number also a gift certificate will cover the full service cost. It is required to reserve service.
Cancellations – Dapper & Companys priority is serving our clients and too offer the best professional service as possible. In the event of a cancellation it is required to give at least a 24hour notice on packages and services. Any cancellation after the minimum time will result in a 50% charge of the total price of services scheduled and 100% in the event of no-shows. Cancellations and no-shows affect business and other patrons greatly and cannot be accepted without penalty of charge.
Late Arrivals – As a courtesy to all of our patrons, our goal is to remain on time with appointments. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for all service fees.
